Teixeira is out of the starting lineup for the Yankees series finale against the Mets on Thursday. Rob Refsynder will draw the start at first base batting eighth. (MLB Lineups on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Teixeira is batting just .182 against righties this season and will get the day off against righty Bartolo Colon. The Yankees will face another righty, Josh Tomlin, on Friday when they open a weekend series at home against the Indians.
