Anthony Ranaudo picks up the win in relief

Anthony Ranaudo, who was just recalled to the big club on Friday, earned the win in relief of an injured A.J. Griffin in the Rangers 10-5 victory over Detroit Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Ranaudo was not particularly effective, allowing two hits, two runs and walking three in just 2.1 innings of work. He was brought in when Griffin exited the game in the third inning with right shoulder stiffness.
