Josh Hamilton suffers knee setback

Josh Hamilton had his rehab assignment paused as he experienced soreness in his surgically-repaired knee. (Jeff Wilson on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
If this is nothing more than soreness, Hamilton could resume the assignment next week. There's also a chance it's another more extensive setback that would lengthen his return time frame. He doesn't hold any fantasy value at this time considering the injury.
