by Brad Richter | Wed, Dec 16th 3:13pm EST

The Dodgers have acquired Johnson in a three-team deal between the Reds, White Sox and Dodgers. The Dodgers also received Frankie Montas and Trayce Thompson in the deal. The Reds acquired three prospects in the trade, Jose Peraza, Scott Schebler and Brandon Dixon while the White Sox received Todd Frazier. (Cincinnati.com)

Fantasy Impact:

The speedy Johnson will likely fill a backup infielder role with the Dodgers this season. Last year Johnson played 36 games in the majors with a .230 batting average and three steals in 100 at-bats. Johnson stole 28 bases with the White Sox Triple-A team last season with a .315 batting average. Johnson could have fantasy relevance next season due to his stolen base potential if he can work his way into regular at-bats.
