Luis Campusano competing for starting role in camp

Padres manager Mike Shildt said Wednesday that the team’s catching job remains an open competition, with Luis Campusano , Elias Díaz, Martín Maldonado, and Brett Sullivan all vying for playing time. While Díaz and Campusano are expected to be the primary options, Shildt did not name a favorite for the starting role.
