Phillips is expected to serve as the No. 5 starter for the Phillies after Taijuan Walker was moved to the bullpen last week. He is currently listed as the scheduled starter for Tuesday’s game with Toronto. He has a 5.50 ERA and a 1.22 WHIP in seven games this season.
