The Cardinals have activated Riley O'Brien from the IL and optioned him to Triple-A Memphis. (Cardinals on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
O’Brien has been out of action since April with a forearm strain. With no room in the Cardinals’ bullpen, he will head to Triple-A and remain a depth option.
