Cardinals left-hander JoJo Romero is should be good to go this spring after being shut down due to left forearm flexor tendon inflammation on Sept. 25. (MLB.com)

It's positive news for the Cardinals bullpen as Romero tossed a quality 3.36 ERA while making 65 appearances in 2024, his second consecutive season with a 3.68 ERA or better.
