The Padres have optioned Brett Sullivan to Triple-A El Paso. (Padres on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Sullivan will head back to the minor leagues in a corresponding move for Xander Bogaerts returning to the active roster. He will remain a depth option should the Padres need an extra catcher.
