AJ Smith-Shawver (oblique) to be activated Tuesday

The Braves are activating AJ Smith-Shawver (oblique) from the IL Tuesday. (Justin Toscano on Twitter)

The Braves are indeed bringing up AJ Smith-Shawver, source confirms. He'll meet the team in Arizona, and will presumably be part of Atlanta's bullpen.

Fantasy Impact:

Smith-Shawnee was scheduled to make a rehab start with Triple-A Gwinnett, but will be activated and join the Braves’ bullpen. The Braves have not said if this will be long term or if it is just to provide length in the bullpen for now.
