The Guardians have placed Eli Morgan on the 15-day IL with right elbow inflammation. (Guardians Insider on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Morgan will land on the injured list for the second time this season. Carlos Carrasco was activated in a corresponding move and will start Sunday.
