Prior to today’s game against the San Diego Padres, the Phillies returned RHP Taijuan Walker from his rehab assignment with Lehigh Valley (AAA) and reinstated him from the 15-day IL. To make room for him on the 26-man roster, RHP Ricardo Pinto was DFA’d.

Fantasy Impact:

Pinto struggled while with the Phillies and the team needed to clear a roster spot for the returning Taijuan Walker. Pinto should return to Triple-A Lehigh Valley if he clears waivers.
