Jordan Romano to be used in lower leverage spots

Fantasy Impact:
Romano is struggling with his velocity and has allowed five runs in his last two outings. Phillies' team trainers checked out Romano and did not identify that anything was wrong, but they are going to monitor his recent dip in velocity. Joe Ross and Jose Alvarado will likely see an uptick in usage to close out games.
