Yuki Matsui signs five-year deal with the Padres

Fantasy Impact:
The deal includes opt-outs after the third and fourth years as well as an injury clause that can convert the fifth year into a club option. Matsui has the chance to take over the closer role immediately for San Diego. He will be someone to monitor for fantasy managers late in drafts.
