Padres 3B Manny Machado had a solid game Sunday, going 3-for-5 with a double, RBI and a run scored in a 5-2 loss to the Dodgers.
Fantasy Impact:
The Padres lineup struggled with runners on Sunday, leaving eight men on base and going 2-for-10 with runners in scoring position. The one player who did his job was Machado, which must be a sight to behold for fantasy managers who used an early round draft pick on him this spring. The veteran slugger is still hitting just .252 on the season though.
