Bryce Elder allows one run in no-decision on Sunday
by Devon Bruce | Braves Correspondent | Sun, May 7th 11:55pm EDT
Bryce Elder pitched 5 1/3 innings allowing one earned run on four hits and four walks while striking out four during Atlanta's win over Baltimore on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite some issues with control, allowing a season-high four walks, Elder was able to limit the Orioles to four runs over 5 1/3 innings of work. He's generally been excellent so far this year producing a 3-0 record with a sparkling 1.74 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with a 36:13 strikeout-to-walk ratio over seven starts. He's a recommended start in his next matchup against the Blue Jays on Sunday.
