Andrew Velazquez went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run, a single and another run scored in Friday's 12-0 win over the Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
After not homering since June, Velazquez now has two long balls in the last week as he continues his hot streak in August. This month, the infielder is slashing .326/.354/.500 in 46 at-bats to bring his season-long batting average to an even .200. Although this stretch is encouraging, he should not be rostered for fantasy purposes.
