Dellin Betances signs with Dodgers

Fantasy Impact:
This is a promising landing spot for the former closer. Betances has only appeared in 17 games since 2018 sporting an ERA of 7.43 in that time. The Dodgers will take a shot on him to see if they can recapture some of his former glory.
