Brad Peacock inks Minor League deal with Royals

Peacock signed a Minor League deal with the Royals according to MLB's transaction log and reported by MLB Trade Rumors. (Steve Adams of MLB Trade Rumors)
Fantasy Impact:
Peacock had shoulder surgery in 2020, which limited him to just 2.1 innings pitched, and he returned with the Red Sox in 2021, pitching just 5.1 innings. He spent time between the rotation and bullpen in Houston but was between 2016 through 2019 as he posted a 3.48 ERA in 320 innings. Peacock has proven to be a dominant arm in the past, so it is an interesting flier for the Royals to take. Monitor how Peacock looks when Spring Training begins.
