Cardinals reliever Andrew Miller will begin his rehab assignment on Tuesday after dealing with a toe injury. The team will re-evaluate Miller's progress after his rehab assignments. (Jeff Jones on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Miller threw 7.1 innings in 2021 with an 8.59 ERA and 2.18 WHIP. The velocity on his four-seamer and slider dropped significantly since 2019 and 2020. Miller averages 87.2 mph on his four-seamer and 77.8 mph on his slider compared to 92.4 mph on the four-seam and 82.4 mph on the slider in 2019. That's not a great sign for Miller, meaning he isn't fantasy relevant at this time.
