Jesse Biddle released by Reds despite solid spring

In a somewhat surprising move, the Reds have released reliever Jesse Biddle. He saw minimal work with the big-league squad in 2020 and was brought back on a minor league deal this year. (C. Trent Rosecrans on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Just 29 years old, Biddle seemed like a legitimate candidate for the Opening Day roster. He owns a career 4.68 ERA and allowed just three runs over nine innings this spring. Biddle's youth and relatively solid pitching stats should earn him plenty of interest in the open market.
