Sonny Gray threw 30 pitches in a simulated game Friday, and said that he felt 'good moving forward.' (Bobby Nightengale Jr. on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Gray will start the season on the Injured List, but it looks like he will be able to ramp up his pitch count over the next week. He may be ready to rejoin the team within the first few weeks of the season. However, given that this back issue is recurring, there is added risk in drafting Gray as we head into the final week of Spring Training.
