The Rockies announced today that they have recalled OF Sam Hilliard from their alternate training site and have placed INF Nolan Arenado on the 10-day IL with left AC joint inflammation and a left shoulder bone bruise (retroactive to Sept. 20).

Fantasy Impact:

Davis was designated for assignment last week and passed through waivers unclaimed. It's the end of a disastrous tenure with the Rockies. Davis signed a three-year, $52 million contract prior to the 2018 season only to post a 6.49 ERA during his time in Colorado.
