Sam Travis leaves game on Tuesday with head injury

Sam Travis left Tuesday's game against the Giants with a head injury, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports. (Pete Abraham on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Travis hit a triple and was hit on the head by the throw to third after his helmet had fallen off. It was apparently a pretty scary moment, but he was able to walk off under his own power. Red Sox manager Alex Cora said he is "OK" but will be run through concussion protocol. Consider him day-to-day for now.
