Bud Norris has an agreement in place with the Washington Nationals. A physical is expected to take place in the team's spring facility in Florida.
Fantasy Impact:
Norris would be an obvious lock for relief help in the Nationals bullpen. There isn't anything finalized yet but Norris may return a bit of fantasy value if this deal does go through.
