Bud Norris does not make the Blue Jays roster

Bud Norris (forearm) isn't included on the Blue Jays' roster ahead of their season opener Thursday against the Tigers, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports.
Fantasy Impact:
Norris will remain with the Blue Jays as a non-roster player and should get his contract picked up once he gets over his current bout of forearm fatigue. Norris will be in a set-up role behind closer Ken Giles. If Giles falters then Norris could see some save opportunities.
