Phil Hughes will move to the bullpen to make room in the Twins' rotation for prospect Fernando Romero.
Fantasy Impact:
Hughes wasn't fantasy relevant, and that's certainly the case pitching out of the bullpen. He'll be a candidate for spot starts as needed through the season, and owners should likely target hitters against him as he does.
