Fantasy Impact:
Cotton pitched well in his first two spring starts, so this is obviously an unfortunate development. The A's rotation was wide open even before Cotton's injury, but the additional spot likely won't yield any exciting fantasy news, as top prospect A.J. Puk was reassigned to the minors on Sunday.
