Adalberto Mejia allowed just one-earned run, two total, over seven hits and two walks in Sunday's loss to the Tigers. He managed to fan five, but didn't factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Mejia has been a pleasant surprise for the Twins rotation this year. He isn't sporting All-Star numbers, but he is providing the ball club with a consistent chance to win. Mejia isn't a valuable season-long fantasy chip, and likely wont be in 2017 or 2018. However, if you're a Twins fan, feel free to get behind this youngster because it looks like he locked down a rotation spot for now. DFS players are encouraged to consider him as a low-cost option in good matchups.
