The Cardinals have placed Jhonny Peralta on the 10-day DL with a respiratory illness. LHP Tyler Lyons has taken Peralta's place on the roster. (Jenifer Langosch on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Peralta is off to an awful start this season, with just a .120/.185/.120 slash line. Jedd Gyorko will likely get the bulk of the playing time at third base, with Kolten Wong playing second most days.
