Chris Johnson was not likely to see much time with the club if the starting four infielders were healthy. The Orioles may be looking to keep a more versatile infielder who can play up the middle, while Johnson is limited to playing on the corners. Look for Johnson to try and catch on with a team who is looking for a bat coming off of the bench.
