Deonte Harty signs with the Ravens

Deonte Harty has signed a deal with the Baltimore Ravens. The former Bills WR totalled 15 receptions for 150 yards and a touchdown last season. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Harty's impact will mostly be felt in the special teams unit. As a former special teams pro-bowler in 2019, he will provide some explosiveness to the Ravens' return game. Harty's arrival will not impact the usage of the likes of Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews.
