David Montgomery carried the ball 17 times for 55 yards and one touchdown while also catching both of his targets for 14 yards in the Lions' 30-24 Week 16 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
Fantasy Impact:
Montgomery continues a steady stretch out of the backfield of late, finishing with at least 55 rushing yards in each of his last seven games while also reaching the end zone in five of those seven contests for the Lions. The veteran running back offers fantasy managers a fairly reliable between-the-tackles option as part of a two-headed Detroit backfield attack alongside rookie Jahmyr Gibbs, with a solid Week 17 contest against the Dallas Cowboys up next.
