Nathan Rourke claimed by Patriots off waivers

The New England Patriots have claimed QB Nathan Rourke off of the waiver wire from the Jacksonville Jaguars, setting him up to be the team's new QB3. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rourke will likely remain on the Patriots' practice squad to serve as the team's new emergency quarterback, playing behind both Bailey Zappe and Mac Jones. The Patriots suddenly found themselves in need of a backup QB after Will Grier was poached by the Los Angeles Chargers. Rourke, who had a successful CFL stint, has never played a snap in the NFL.
