Ambry Thomas is considered day-to-day following Sunday's NFC Championship win over the Lions. (Source: David Lombardi on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Thomas and George Kittle are the lone 49ers' players to land on the injury report following Sunday's game. They'll both have an extra week to get fully healthy for the Super Bowl against the Chiefs in two weeks.

Charles Omenihu tore his ACL in the AFC Championship on Sunday against the Ravens. (Source: Jonathan Jones on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Omenihu will miss the Super Bowl against his former team in the 49ers. He was having a career year with seven sacks, 28 tackles and two forced fumbles.

Rock Ya-Sin is expected play in the AFC Championship on Sunday against the Chiefs. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Ya-Sin had been listed as questionable. He will play barring any setbacks as Baltimore looks to make it to the Super Bowl. Marlon Humphrey (calf) is also expected to make his return.

Fantasy Impact: Humphrey will make his return after being sidelined the past two games for the Ravens. He'll be a big boost to the secondary for Baltimore against Patrick Mahomes and Kansas City.

Josh Reynolds has been removed from the injury report for Sunday's game against the 49ers. (Source: Tim Twentyman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Reynolds logged a full practice on Friday after back-to-back limited practices. He should remain in his No. 2 receiver role for the Lions on Sunday.

Frank Ragnow has been removed from the injury report for Sunday's NFC Championship against the 49ers. (Source: Tim Twentyman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Ragnow logged a full practice on Friday after he was sidelined on Wednesday and Thursday. He was always expected to play through the injuries he is dealing with.

San Francisco 49ers WR Deebo Samuel (shoulder) is set to play on Sunday in the NFC Championship Game after coming off the injury report. (Source: Omar Ruiz on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Samuel did not practice to start the week but returned to a limited capacity on Thursday. That was enough to give the 49ers confidence in his status, and he is set to play against the Detroit Lions — whose defense has struggled against passing games all season.

Sam LaPorta has been removed from the injury report for Sunday's NFC Championship game against the 49ers. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: LaPorta was never expected to miss Sunday's game. He'll continue to play through injuries that have been nagging him for the past few weeks.

The Ravens have activated TE Mark Andrews from injured reserve. (Source: Jeff Zrebiec on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Andrews has logged practice time over the last couple of days and is set to make his return from an ankle injury he suffered in Week 11. It is unknown how many snaps Andrews will see, but Lamar Jackson will have a trusted weapon back for the AFC Championship Game. Andrews and Isaiah Likely will provide a different look for the Ravens against a strong Chiefs’ defense.

Kalif Raymond was sidelined from the Lions' walkthrough practice on Wednesday. (Source: DetroitLions.com)

Fantasy Impact: Raymond was sidelined in each of the two playoff wins for Detroit. He'll likely have to return to practice by Friday to have a chance of playing on Sunday.

49ers' coach Kyle Shanahan said that Christian McCaffrey is not dealing with a quad injury. (Source: NBCSports.com)

Fantasy Impact: McCaffrey was seen on the sideline this past weekend getting his quad worked on. "...But that’s just what Christian to me always does," Shanahan told reporters. "He’s always working on his body and stuff. I was told nothing about his quad.” He still finished the game rushing for 128 yards and two touchdowns in the win over the Packers.

Packers RB AJ Dillon is officially inactive for the Divisional Round matchup with the 49ers.

Fantasy Impact: Dillon was listed as questionable for Saturday’s game with thumb and neck injuries. Dillon will be inactive for the third straight game after suffering the injury in Week 17. The Packers will turn to Patrick Taylor and Emanuel Wilson to serve as the backups to Aaron Jones in a tough matchup with San Francisco.

Bills WR Gabe Davis has officially been ruled out for Sunday’s matchup with Kansas City. (Source: Ari Meirov on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Head coach Sean McDermott ruled out Davis early on Friday as the wide receiver has yet to see the practice field since injuring his knee in Week 18. Khalil Shakir and Trent Sherfield should see a bump in targets in Davis’ absence.

Chiefs WR Justyn Ross is officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Bills. (Source: Adam Schefter on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Ross is dealing with a hamstring injury and was limited in practice this week. The 24-year-old did not play in the Wild Card round but has a chance to be available in the Divisional Round.

Chris Godwin was limited at practice on Thursday. (Source: Greg Auman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: It is an upgrade for Godwin after he was sidelined on Wednesday. He should be good to play in Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

Zay Flowers is not on the injury report ahead of Saturday's game against the Texans. (Source: Mike Garafolo on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Flowers was able to log full practices on Wednesday and Thursday. He'll remain in his No. 1 wide receiver role and look to help lead Baltimore to the win.

Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (foot, vet rest) did not practice on Thursday ahead of the AFC Divisional Round matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs. (Source: buffalobills.com)

Fantasy Impact: Diggs' late-season struggles have been well-documented; he has not cleared 100 yards since Oct. 15 and has cleared 65 yards just three times since then (12 games). The Chiefs have been steady defensively all year and present a difficult matchup for the veteran WR, especially without a reliable WR2 to help give Diggs better looks. He should be able to play Sunday, though.

Green Bay Packers WR Jayden Reed (chest) does not have a designated injury status for the team's divisional-round matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. (Source: packers.com)

Fantasy Impact: Given Green Bay's dominance and their production on the ground, it would be forgiven if you didn't even notice that the rookie WR Reed caught none of his three targets against Dallas. This shouldn't be overanalyzed as it comes a week off his career-best receiving day against Chicago. The Packers use Reed as a weapon in both the passing and running game, and they'll likely rely on him again in San Francisco.

Green Bay Packers WR Christian Watson (hamstring) does not have a designated injury status for the team's divisional-round matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. (Source: packers.com)

Fantasy Impact: Watson played just over 40% of the team's snaps in the Packers' Wild Card Round victory over Dallas, making just one catch for nine yards. He's returning from a hamstring injury that kept him inactive for Green Bay's final five games. It's hard to rely on him to have a full workload against San Francisco given Green Bay's depth at WR, though he should be able to play again.

Green Bay Packers RB Aaron Jones (knee, finger) does not have a designated injury status for the team's divisional-round matchup with the San Francisco 49ers. (Source: packers.com)

Fantasy Impact: Jones was limited to open the week due to his injury, but it was likely a form of injury/load management as the Packers look to preserve one of their best veteran weapons for a tough matchup. Jones had 131 scrimmage yards and three rushing TDs against Dallas in the first round, and with AJ Dillon hurt, the Packers will rely on Jones.
