Tight End Premium Draft Targets: FFPC Leagues
Drafts are open on FFPC right now, with a variety of formats from Best Ball through to the managed redraft contests, including the FantasyPros Championship with a $1m top prize. Whatever the format you’re drafting for, on FFPC tight ends score an extra 0.5 points per reception on top of the usual PPR scoring, making the significance of having a good one, greater than normal. Because the scoring rewards tight ends making catches, we want those who see consistently strong volume rather than those who are touchdown reliant. It goes almost without saying that Mark Andrews and Travis Kelce are excellent options on FFPC and warrant their ADP being inside the first two rounds.

FFPC Roster Construction & Draft Strategy
One of the most significant advantages we can give ourselves in fantasy football is to understand the key differences between different platforms. FFPC is a full PPR format, with tight end premium scoring, meaning the position scores an extra 0.5 PPR points per reception over other positions, meaning each catch for a tight end is worth 1.5 PPR points plus the yardage gained on the catch. This naturally drives up the value of the position and makes it a position where it can be better to secure a top option than play the late-round lottery.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft: FFPC Leagues Picks & Predictions
It is always drafting season here at FantasyPros, and thanks to the mock draft simulator, you can quickly simulate any scoring settings and play out the draft. In this article, we’re using the same settings as FFPC, who have best ball contests live right now.
FFPC uses full PPR, single QB scoring, with 20 roster spots — QB, two RB, three WR, TE, FLEX (WR/RB/TE) and 12 bench spots. The key difference to most platforms is that FFPC uses tight end premium scoring, where tight ends receive an extra half point per reception (PPR) on top of the usual one point per reception.
This key difference makes the elite tight ends even more important than normal, and it’s not unusual to see Travis Kelce go in the middle of the first round. Thanks to the mock draft simulator, we can tweak the settings to give tight ends a ‘high’ positional value to help represent this. The simulator randomly assigned me to pick sixth, and this is how things turned out.
