Brady Tkachuk leaves 4-Nations game with injury

by Daniel E. Dobish | Senators Correspondent | Mon, Feb 17th 11:43pm EST

Brady Tkachuk left Monday's 4-Nations game against Team Sweden at TD Garden in Boston due to a lower-body injury. Coach Mike Sullivan said in the post-game presser that Tkachuk should be fine. "I don't anticipate it being an issue," Sullivan said. (Bridgette Proulx)

Fantasy Impact:

Tkachuk sustained an injury when he collided with the boards in the first period. He attempted to play another shift after the incident but did not return from the room for the second period. His status for Thursday's 4-Nations final against Team Canada remains uncertain, although Sullivan's tone appeared optimistic. Fantasy managers are more concerned about his availability for Saturday's game against Montreal at Canadian Tire Centre. If he plays on Thursday, should be ready for the game against the Habs.
