Jiri Hudler scores Flames lone goal in opening night loss

Hudler was the beneficiary of a Canucks turnover and slid the puck five-hole past goalie Ryan Miller in the second period of the Flames 5-1 loss to Vancouver. In 15 minutes of ice time, Hudler managed three shots and one goal in the loss.
Fantasy Impact:
Hudler did see three minutes of power play time in the opener. Last season he scored 31 goals, six came on the man advantage.
