Nathan MacKinnon posted one assist in an Avalanche' 2-1 loss to the Canadiens Saturday night.

MacKinnon continues a torrid stretch in the offensive zone, posting points in 10 of his last 11 games (five goals, 19 assists) for the Avalanche. The superstar center continues to form a prolific tandem with winger Mikko Rantanen on the Colorado top forward line, carrying a 1.63 point per game average (14 goals, 51 assists) in 40 games so far this season.
