Connor Bedard tallied one assist in the Blackhawks' 6-2 loss to the Sabres Friday night.

Bedard has heated up in the offensive zone of late, posting points in each of his last three games (two goals, three assists) for the Blackhawks. The young center has been one of the few reliable options in a disappointing Chicago lineup, tallying 31 points (nine goals, 22 assists) in 36 games so far this season.
