Aleksandar Georgiev was strong in net for the Avalanche Wednesday night, stopping 18 of 19 shots faced in a 2-1 shootout win over the Golden Knights.
Fantasy Impact:
Georgiev has offered mixed results in the crease, allowing three or more goals in three of his last seven starts (6-0-0) for the Avalanche. The netminder continues to benefit from playing behind the high-octane Colorado offensive attack, posting a 3.26 GAA and .875 save percentage in 14 starts (7-5-0) in net so far this season.
