Dylan Guenther has signed an 8-year contract with the Utah Hockey Club. The contract begins next season and financial terms were not released. He is entering the final season of his three-year entry-level contract and could have become a restricted free agent at the end of the 2024-25 season. (NHL.com)
Fantasy Impact:
Guenther played in 45 games last season for the Arizona Coyotes posting 17 goals and 18 assists (35 points). He is projected to play on the second line with Utah and will likely see some power play time with the first unit this season. The 21-year-old forward is a foundational piece of the Utah franchise and he could have a nice breakout performance in what should be his first full NHL season.
