Patrick Kane has re-signed with the Detroit Red Wings on a one-year deal worth up to $6.5 million including incentives according to Elliotte Friedman. (Elliotte Friedman on Twitter)

Kane was electric in the offensive zone for a Detroit forward group that just missed the playoffs during the 2023-24 season, posting 47 points (20 goals, 27 assists) in 50 games. Fantasy managers should expect Kane continue to showcase his dynamic ability in the offensive zone alongside captain Dylan Larkin and sniper Alex DeBrincat as the Wings look to finally return to the postseason this upcoming season.
