Andrei Svechnikov notched two points for the Hurricanes Thursday night, scoring one goal and picking up one assist in a 4-1 win over the Canadiens.
Fantasy Impact:
Svechnikov continues a strong stretch in the offensive zone of late, posting points in seven of his last nine games (three goals, six assists) for the Hurricanes. The winger has been a mostly reliable lineup option as part of a deep Carolina forward group for head coach Rod Brindamour, recording 39 points (14 goals, 25 assists) while also racking up 112 hits in 41 games so far this season.
