Alexandar Georgiev struggled in the crease for the Avalanche Thursday night, allowing four goals on 27 shots faced in a 5-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Fantasy Impact:
Georgiev continues an up-and-down stretch in net of late, allowing three or more goals in five of his last eight starts (4-3-1) for the Avalanche. The netminder will need to be more reliable between the pipes for fantasy managers late in their seasons, posting an .898 save percentage and 2.91 GAA in 43 appearances (27-12-3) so far this season.
