Vitek Vanecek was solid between the pipes for the Devils Tuesday night, stopping 35 of 38 shots faced in a 5-3 win over the Avalanche.

Fantasy Impact:

Vanecek has struggled to consistently keep the puck out of the net of late, allowing three or more goals in six of his last nine starts (5-2-1) for the Devils. The netminder flashes the ability to carry his team for fantasy managers at times, while also leaving them frustrated at other times, posting a 3.23 GAA and .888 save percentage in 30 appearances (17-8-2) so far this season.
