Ilya Samsonov allowed three goals on 29 shots faced in the Maple Leafs' 3-2 loss to the Islanders Monday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Samsonov has been fairly reliable in the crease of late, allowing less than three goals in three of his last five starts (3-2-0) for the Maple Leafs. The netminder continues to work himself back from an extremely disappointing stretch between the pipes for head coach Sheldon Keefe, carrying a 3.35 GAA and .879 save percentage in 20 starts (8-4-6) so far this season.
