Simon Edvinsson was able to light the lamp for the Red Wings Thursday night, scoring his first career goal in a 4-3 loss to the Blues.

Edvinsson is a highly-touted prospect as part of a deep rebuild being constructed by general manager Steve Yzerman in Detroit. The 20-year-old blueliner will look to showcase what made him the sixth overall pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft to close out the season. The future is definitely bright in Hockeytown.
