Derek Stepan scored his fifth goal of the season in Wednesday's 5-1 win over the Sabres.

The veteran's days of Fantasy Hockey relevance are behind him, as he has just eight points in 45 games this year. Leave him untouched on the waiver wire in your league, as Stepan is one of the few irrelevant Canes this year, at least for Fantasy Hockey that is.
