Jeff Carter records two points Wednesday against Red Wings
by Chris Schommer | Thu, Dec 29th 9:40am EST
Jeff Carter recorded two points for the Penguins Wednesday night, scoring one goal and picking up one assist in a 5-4 overtime loss to the Red Wings.
Fantasy Impact:
Carter has struggled to make much of an impact of late for the Penguins, tallying points in just two of his last 10 games (two goals, one assist) for the club. The veteran forward has always flashed a streaky scoring touch but is difficult to trust on a nightly basis at this point, posting 16 points (five goals, 11 assists) in 32 games so far this season.
